I'm Christine, Founder and Principal of Fowler Services. I have over 20 years of experience supporting organizations - from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies – across various industries including brewing, medical aesthetics, and housing and land development. Most recently, I have provided HR and organizational support to non-profits in the areas of mental health, child advocacy, and adults with disabilities.

I pride myself on being an affable leader with a history of developing strong and influential relationships across all levels of an organization. I’m especially passionate about helping new, small, and medium-sized businesses create workplace cultures that prioritize employee well-being, job satisfaction, and organizational success.

 

As a believer in lifelong learning and professional development, I hold a BA in Psychology, an HR Management Certificate, and I have completed Coach Training through the Co-Active Training Institute. Together, this blend of education and qualifications enable me to offer a holistic and well-rounded approach to HR that empowers businesses, leaders, and employees to achieve their goals.

 

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my dog, hiking, and biking. I also love cooking, attending live music events, and spending quality time with friends and family.
